The Liberty Spa hosts an exercise area and gym. Located right next to the patio, you will move in a bright, friendly atmosphere while enjoying peace and privacy. You can use our well-equipped gym on your own, or take advantage of the expertise of our highly qualified team of trainers during a session of personal training and take part in the varied activity program.

Improve your circulation and endurance on the treadmill, cross trainer or on the bike in our new and well-equipped gym. A dual power station allows you to achieve optimal strength training. Our highly qualified trainers will be happy to assist you with personal training and create your own individual and sustainable fitness program with you.Our gym and exercise room are open daily from 7am until 9pm.

Oyuntugs is originally from wild Mongolia and has lived on the Ritten for over ten years. Since she was very young, she was fascinated by yoga and its holistic approach to health and attended courses at an early age. A few trips to India then led her to train as a yoga teacher with the Yoga Vidya professional association and the European Federation of Yoga Teachers Association.
"Do something good for your mind, so that the soul may have a desire to dwell in it," said Theresa of Avila, and this statement has become the inspiration for Oyuntugs and her joy in yoga and teaching it to others.
