At Holzner you can enjoy South Tyrol's finest wines in an incomparable ambience - which is confirmed by a jury of experts who awarded Holzner the Wine Culture Prize of the Province of South Tyrol. For years, our efforts have been dedicated to the constant improvement of our wine list, excellent advice and unique wine experience through regular tastings in our wine cellar.

In our wine list, the focus is clearly on South Tyrolean wines. South Tyrol is not only an autonomous region in political terms, but also as a wine-growing region. With its varied soil conditions and the climatic differences up and down the country, this results in an extraordinary range of wines, including the three autochthonous varieties Vernatsch, Lagrein and Gewürztraminer.

For a coffee in the morning, a glass of South Tyrolean sparkling wine in the evening and everything in between: With its charming wood paneling, majestic Art Nouveau lights and deep, comfortable armchairs,the Holzner Bar is the heart of our hotel. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a glass of wine, an aperitif or an extravagant cocktail. On hot summer evenings, a beer from our favorite brewery, Batzenbräu in Bolzano, or a refreshing gourmet apple juice from Apfelhof Kohl in nearby Unterinn, are also not to be scoffed at. Every Friday one of our house pianists plays in the unique ambience of the bar.Gourmet

You will experience competent, professional service and passion for what we do in our well-stocked wine shop. Well over 250 different South Tyrolean and Italian wines along with oil, balsamic and jam specialties leave you spoiled for choice. Take a piece of South Tyrol home with you; our pick-up market is open for you daily from 8.00 to 19.00, on Tuesday and Friday afternoons our qualified service staff is available in the store with advice and assistance.
